The texts are by Matt Tyrnauer, special correspondent for Vanity Fair, and the fashion critic Suzy Menkes. Armando Chitolina, formerly a design consultant and art director at Vogue Italia and L'Uomo Vogue, edited the book. The hardcover has 576 pages in English.
