The name points to its main source of inspiration, the hospitality industry: from dim sum restaurants to French bistros and Japanese izakayas, Seerup admired tableware built to withstand busy service. The result is a collection of durable, functional objects in stainless steel, aluminium and glass, including a double-insulated French press influenced by industrial and Bauhaus design, aluminium egg cups and Canteen cutlery in 18/10 stainless steel, made to be used every day for years.
