KONZEPT+ terms
1) Scope
1.1 KONZEPT+ is the membership programme of A KONZEPT, operated by HOUSE OF KONZEPT GmbH, Am Sand 2, 91757 Treuchtlingen, Germany (“we”). These terms apply to participation in KONZEPT+.
2) Participation
2.1 Participation is free of charge. Every customer with a customer account at a-konzept.com takes part automatically.
2.2 You can end your participation at any time by asking us to delete your customer account at contact@a-konzept.com. Points and status then lapse.
3) Points
3.1 For orders in our online shop you receive 3 points for every €1 of the value of the goods. Shipping costs and taxes do not earn points.
3.2 Points are credited 21 days after your order has been shipped in full, provided it has not been cancelled, returned or refunded by then. If an order is refunded later, in full or in part, we deduct the corresponding points.
3.3 Points have no cash value. They cannot be paid out, transferred or exchanged for goods.
3.4 Points expire if there has been no activity on your points account (points earned or used) for 12 months.
4) Status
4.1 Your status depends on the points you have collected: Silver from 500 points, Platinum from 3,000 points, Diamond from 6,000 points.
4.2 Your status is valid for 12 months from the day you reach it. After that, it is set again based on the points you collected in those 12 months.
5) Benefits
5.1 Silver: a one-time discount code of 10% for your next order.
5.2 Platinum: a personal discount code of 10% that you can use for all further orders.
5.3 Diamond: a personal discount code of 18% that you can use for all further orders.
5.4 The discount codes apply to all items in our online shop. They are linked to your customer account, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other discount codes. The Platinum and Diamond codes apply as long as you hold that status; the Silver code remains valid for as long as KONZEPT+ exists.
5.5 In addition, Platinum and Diamond members may receive early access to new releases and prioritised service, and Diamond members previews of collections and personal shopping. There is no entitlement to these additional services.
6) Changes and end of the programme
6.1 We may change or end KONZEPT+ for the future. Changes apply from their publication on this page. Points already credited and a status already reached remain unaffected by changes; if the programme ends, they lapse at the end of the programme.
7) Misuse
7.1 If KONZEPT+ is misused, for example through fictitious orders or orders placed only to collect points and then returned, we may withdraw the points concerned and exclude the account from the programme.
