Guframini Bocca is Studio 65's lip-shaped sofa of 1970, reduced to a scale of 1:8. The full-size Bocca took its form from Salvador Dalí's portrait of Mae West, a surrealist image turned into a piece of furniture.
The miniature is 25 cm wide and made of soft polyurethane; instead of the sofa's fabric cover it wears a smooth coat of colour. It weighs 300 g. It comes in a wooden box with a sliding lid.
The full-size Bocca sofa is also in the shop. Gufram makes the miniature in six further colours: Ivory, Arctic, Blue, Grass, Yellow and Pumpkin. This is the bright red of the original sofa.

13 productsGufram, founded in Turin in 1966 by the Gugliermetto brothers, became one of the defining producers of Italian Radical Design, turning polyurethane foam, then an industrial packing material, into sculptural furniture.
Its catalogue includes Cactus, the coat stand designed by Guido Drocco and Franco Mello in 1972, as well as Bocca and Pratone, with works held by MoMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Centre Pompidou. The Guframini series reproduces these icons at a scale of 1:8, among them Cactus and Broken Mirror, a design by the New York studio Snarkitecture.
