The 2.5L Hiker Jacket by and wander is a waterproof shell in nylon, 70 denier lengthwise and 160 denier widthwise, coated with a microporous wet polyurethane membrane. It is waterproof to a water column of 10,000 mm (JIS L 1092 B method) and has a breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 h (B-1 method).
Large ventilation openings prevent stuffiness and are angled towards the front for easy access to the pockets of the layer underneath. A large chest pocket and reflective stitching in places for visibility at night complete the jacket.
