"},{"title":"I placed an order but cannot see my points. When will I receive them?","content":"

Points are granted 21 days after an order has been fully fulfilled, provided it has not been returned, canceled, or refunded in any way. After this 21-day approval period, our system will grant you the corresponding points.

"},{"title":"What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?","content":"

If an order is canceled or returned, any corresponding points that were granted will be deducted from your account.
