The Ripple Bowl 04 was designed by Lærke Ryom for Service Projects. The stainless steel bowl is made for a wide range of dishes, from salads to oysters on ice, and is just as useful for storing food.

It measures Ø 25 × H 10.2 cm. Over time the steel develops a patina of its own, so each bowl ages a little differently. Available with a brushed or a stonewashed finish. Dishwasher safe.

Service Projects was founded in New York at the end of 2022 by the Dane Philip Seerup and is now based in Copenhagen.

The name points to its main source of inspiration, the hospitality industry: from dim sum restaurants to French bistros and Japanese izakayas, Seerup admired tableware built to withstand busy service. The result is a collection of durable, functional objects in stainless steel, aluminium and glass, including a double-insulated French press influenced by industrial and Bauhaus design, aluminium egg cups and Canteen cutlery in 18/10 stainless steel, made to be used every day for years.
